T-Shirt Manufacturer for Private Label Brands

S & H Global is a T-shirt manufacturer in Sialkot, Pakistan, for private-label brands, product teams and sourcing managers. We manufacture garments to an approved specification and do not provide print-on-demand services. We manufacture heavyweight cotton-jersey T-shirts and performance-interlock training tees in boxy, relaxed and standard fits, with drop-shoulder, set-in or raglan sleeves where supported by the brief. We develop the pattern, fit, fabric composition and weight in grams per square metre (GSM), yarn, fabric compacting to control shrinkage, neck rib, sleeves, hems, printing, labels, garment wash or dye and packing. We use samples to approve the garment, artwork and finish before bulk production and quality checks begin.

Which jersey and interlock fabrics can be used?

Current examples use 220–280 GSM cotton or cotton-rich heavyweight jersey and 180–240 GSM polyester-elastane performance interlock. We confirm the exact composition, weight, finish, shrinkage, color and availability for each order.

From brief to packing

How does a T-shirt move into bulk production?

We develop the fit, fabric, GSM, neck rib, construction, artwork, labels and finish from your brief. We use samples to check the measurements, neckline, fabric, artwork and wash before bulk production and quality checks begin.

Product development
We turn the design into an approved fit, fabric, neck and sleeve construction, artwork placement, labels and finishing specification.

Sampling
Samples can be reviewed for body width and length, shoulder and sleeve shape, neckline recovery, material weight and opacity, movement, artwork, and wash appearance.

Bulk manufacturing
Bulk manufacturing is scheduled after the fit, fabric, color, artwork, label, finish, and required sample approvals are confirmed.

Quality control
We may check measurements, neck shape and recovery, seams, hems, artwork size and placement, color, labels and packing against the approved sample.

Packing preparation
We confirm the labels, folding, protective packaging, cartons and packing instructions for the approved order.
