Information you choose to share
When you submit an inquiry, we process the contact details, project selections, brief, and any optional tech pack or artwork you provide so our production team can assess and respond to your request. Uploaded files are stored temporarily for delivery, attached to the inquiry email, and removed from temporary file storage after the email service accepts the message.
Service providers and retention
Our hosting, file-storage, and email-delivery providers process inquiry information on our behalf. Inquiry emails and their attachments may be retained in our business email system for follow-up, quoting, production planning, record keeping, and legal or security needs. Do not upload information you are not authorized to share.
Technical information
Our hosting provider may process standard request information, such as IP addresses, device information, and security logs, to deliver and protect the website.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising
We use browser local storage to remember your privacy choice. We do not currently use analytics, tracking pixels, advertising cookies, or personalized advertising.
