Brief & technical review
We review your product brief or tech pack, intended use, quantity, measurements, construction, artwork, labels and packing. We list any missing product or order details before development starts.
Materials & sampling
We develop the fabric, pattern, fit, construction, trims, color, branding and finish through sampling. Depending on the product, we check measurements, movement, how the material feels, component function and artwork placement.
Approvals & bulk production
We schedule bulk production after you approve the specification, fabric, fit, color, trims, artwork, labels and required samples. These approved details become the production standard.
Quality control & packing
Quality checks can cover measurements, seams, construction, components, branding, finishing, labels and packing. We pack finished goods to the approved folding, packaging and carton instructions.
