S & H Global is a leather jacket manufacturer in Sialkot, Pakistan, for private-label brands, outerwear teams and sourcing managers. We manufacture made-to-specification asymmetric moto jackets and minimal leather bombers, not ready-stock jackets. We develop each style to the approved fit and pattern, leather type and thickness, panels, collar, pockets, lining, hardware, zippers, cuffs, quilting and branding. We use samples to check fit, leather appearance and feel, hardware, lining, edge finishing, embossing, debossing, applique and label placement. After the leather, hardware, lining, color, fit and samples are approved, we move the order into bulk production, quality checks and packing.

The current example uses sheep leather. We select the grade, thickness, finish, color and feel to suit the jacket shape, lining, hardware and branding. You approve the final leather and components before bulk production.
